Do I have a guarantee on my ÍNTIKA jewelry?

Your ÍNTIKA jewelry is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against any defects in material or manufacturing.

When is the warranty for my ÍNTIKA jewelry not valid?

The warranty does not cover repair or exchange costs in the following cases:
Misuse for example: it fell on the ground or was crushed

Third Party Repairs

Deterioration due to neglect, wear or damage due to normal use (e.g. scratched stone), incorrect use or in the event of damage (e.g. following an accident)
I did not receive proof of warranty or I lost it.
A copy of your invoice or warranty will suffice. The invoice date indicated will then serve as the warranty start date.

What is the procedure for sending my jewelry to after-sales service?

If you wish to use our warranty service, you must follow the following procedure:

Take a photo of the jewel
Send an email to info@intika.es explaining why you want to use the warranty service and your purchase invoice or warranty. If you bought it on the website, your name or order number is enough.

You will receive an email indicating the terms of support depending on the repair (a quote will be sent to you if the repair is not covered by the warranty)

If the part is not repairable or if the cost of repair is disproportionate, we will offer to exchange it for a new one.

What will the repair costs be?

If all warranty conditions are met, the item will be replaced or repaired free of charge. If the repair is not covered by warranty, we will send you a quote to prevent you from incurring unwanted costs. The repair or exchange will only be processed after your acceptance.

What is the after-sales service processing time?

From the time we receive your part, it may take 4-6 weeks to repair or replace it.
