DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Delivery by La Poste (registered letter).
Cost : free for Spain and France | €5 for the rest of Europe
Delivery delay :
Spain and France: 3 to 7 working days.
Rest of Europa: 5 to 10 working days.

(*) Orders placed only in mainland France.

EXPRESS

Delivery by UPS
Cost : 9 €
Delivery delay :
Spain and France: 2 to 3 working days.
Rest of Europa: 3 to 7 working days.

The customer has the right to terminate the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of the purchase.

To formalize the withdrawal, the customer must enter their personal space within the time limit indicated and complete the return form, accompanied by the details of the items to be returned. Once we receive the returns form, we will contact the customer to handle the return.

To prepare the package, locate the delivery note that we sent you with the order, pack the item in a protected manner and insert it inside, if you do not have it you can print the order confirmation .

Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer as long as it is within the return period.

Once the withdrawal has been formalized, the item is returned with its original packaging, and after checking the condition of the product, the amount will be returned as soon as possible.

The refund will be made by the same payment method used by the customer when paying for the order.
