Shipping

At the moment when the customer finishes the payment of a purchase, he will receive an email indicating all the details of the purchase and the status of the purchase. In any case, you can follow up through the selected shipping platform when making the purchase. If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform the customer of this circumstance and a new delivery date will be indicated, or the customer may have the option to cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid.

We have two types of shipping which the customer can choose at the time of purchase.

• NACEX:
  • Spain and peninsular Portugal: 6€.
    • Delivery: 24 hours after ordering.
  • Balearic Peninsula: 12€.
    • • Delivery: 2-4 days after placing the order.
  • Canary Peninsula: 17€.
    • Delivery: 2-4 days after placing the order.
• Express Mail Service (certificate):
  • Peninsular Spain: 5€.
    • Delivery: 3-5 days after ordering.
  • Europe: 9€.
    • Delivery: 4-15 days after placing the order in the peninsula.

For national orders over € 80, shipping is free (*).

(*) Orders made only in mainland Spain.

Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the purchase.

For the formalization of the withdrawal, the client must enter his personal area within the indicated period and fill in the returns form, together with the details of the items to be returned. Once we have received the return form, we will contact the customer to manage the return.

To prepare the package, locate the delivery note that we send you with the order, package the item in a protected way and insert it inside, if you do not have it you can print the order confirmation.

The return costs will be borne by the customer as long as it is within the return period.

Formalized the withdrawal, the item returned along with its original packaging, and after checking the condition of the product, the amount will be refunded in the shortest possible time.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer when paying the order.
